Chicken, Broccoli, And Rice Casserole

Chicken Broccoli and Rice Casserole
Easy to make and delicious main dish. To make preparation super easy, use leftover or rotisserie chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 Small Onion Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Margarine
- 14 oz Frozen Broccoli
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Cooked Minute Rice
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Cups White Meat Chicken Diced
- Plain Bread Crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Saute onion in the margarine.
- Add broccoli and cook until completely thawed.
- In a saucepan, heat the soup, milk, and cheese until it melts together into a thick sauce.
- In a casserole dish, add the soup mixture, the cheese mixture, and the rice.
- Next, add the chicken and stir well.
- Sprinkle the casserole mixture with bread crumbs.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
