Spiritual Warfare

Spiritual forces are influencing our culture in a much more pervasive way than we would have thought possible even 5-10 years ago.

Social media, Netflix, Youtube, MSM all push a narrative of what they insist is socially acceptable. And, of course, most of it, is without a doubt, extremely unbiblical.

So how can we fight back?

• First of all, we have to teach our children the Word of God
• And secondly, we have to pray for them in the Spirit.

Ephesians 6:12 tells us that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places].

Ephesians 6:11 says, (that in this day and age) we need to put on the whole armour of God that we might be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (I Peter 5:8) for our adversary the devil is as a roaring lion walking about, seeking whom he may devour.

But THANK GOD He gives us power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy so that nothing shall by any means hurt us or our children.

We have to remember that the weapons of our warfare [are] not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds.

So take the word of God every day and put it in your heart and speak it out of your mouth. Teach your children the Word and the ways of God so that as they grow older they will be able to recognize the lies and the deception of the enemy.
Now more than ever, this generation needs spiritual discernment.
